Make Cheesecake the Old-fashioned Way

This is ideal for younger kids. We’re going to make cheesecake the old fashioned way. We’ll start with wheat berries and grind them to make flour. We’ll make butter from heavy whipping cream, and gather eggs from the chickens (God willing). It should be a lot of fun and we’ll try to make two cheesecakes to bring to Shavuot.

Please plan to attend. There will be performances by both Children’s Ministry classes. There will be a separate email about this soon. Shavuot is a pilgrimage festival that celebrates the giving of the Torah at Sinai, God’s faithfulness & provision, and also the giving of the Holy Spirit. This one hour service is followed by cheesecake, fruit & ice cream.
All Night Bible Study at Frank’s House

This is appropriate for parents and some teens or older children. Everyone who attends is expected to stay up all night and contribute to the Bible study. It is not a sleepover.
