The next CoM community work day will be November 9 after church at the Jeremiah Tree. The Jeremiah Tree is a local ministry located at 118 W Second St. in Xenia that is dedicated to offering opportunities to the homeless, addicted and impoverished. It is a goal of the “Tree” to become a primary clearing house for benevolence services provided by the area churches and community agencies. They are preparing a house that was donated to them for use as a transitional home for clients. We will be doing various tasks such as painting, organizing, cleaning, rearranging etc. Bring a change of clothes and a sack lunch and we will meet in the multipurpose room after church.
